Directional Boring

1. Site Evaluation & Utility Locates
We start by walking the site, reviewing prints, and calling in utility locates. Safety comes first — we make sure we know exactly what's in the ground before we put a bit in it.
2. Bore Planning
Once the locates are done, we map out the bore path — taking into account terrain, distance, depth, and what's around. We choose the right equipment and drill heads for the job.
3. Drilling the Pilot Hole
We drill the pilot bore with precision, steering around existing utilities and obstacles using tracking systems. Clean, controlled, and on target from start to finish.
4. Reaming & Pullback
After the pilot bore is complete, we open the hole to the right size with a reamer, then pull back the conduit or cable in one smooth motion.
5. Final Hookups & Backfill
We finish the job by hooking up everything as needed, backfilling cleanly, and restoring the site to how we found it (or better).
6. Verification & Walkthrough
We verify depth and placement, document the job, and walk it with you if needed. No surprises — just results.
Bucket Trucks and Aerial Work
1. Site Survey & Safety Prep
We start by assessing the work zone — identifying overhead hazards, traffic concerns, and existing infrastructure. We secure the area with cones, signage, and spotters if needed. Safety is step one, always.
2. Gear Check & Setup
Before going up, we run through full equipment checks: harnesses, outriggers, lift function, and tools. Once the bucket is secure and stable, we’re ready to work.
3. Aerial Installation or Repair
Whether it’s lashing new fiber, hanging coax, installing strand, or servicing taps, our techs handle it with skill and care — all while suspended safely in the bucket. We work clean, fast, and precise.
4. Line Testing & Final Touches
Once the aerial work is done, we check signal strength, ensure proper slack loops, weather-proofing, and tie-downs — then double-check everything from the pole to the drop.
5. Cleanup & Documentation
We wrap up the site, remove all gear and debris, and document the work (photos, signal readings, etc.). The job’s not done until it’s done right — and the client knows it’s solid.
